ドイツの伝承曲「Es Saß ein klein wild Vögelein（そこに小さな野鳥がとまっていた）」からのインスピレーションです。冬の間ずっと鳴き続けた小さな鳥の歌。少し寂しげな素朴なメロディを、渋めの黄色で表してみました。

近代スペインの作曲家モンポウのピアノ曲「子供の情景」より「Jeux sur la plage（浜辺の遊び）」をイメージしました。子供が波と戯れる様子がダンスのように表現されます。やがて疲れて眠くなる…そんな様子を眺めるような気持ちで、砂と水飛沫に貝殻のように優しいピンクを織り交ぜています。

シューベルトの歌曲集「冬の旅」より「Gefrorne Tränen（凍れる涙）」のイメージです。涙が凍るほどの寒さ、というのは比喩なのでしょう。内に秘めた情熱との対比が淡々と語られます。曲から感じるグレーの印象と、うっすらとブルーを散らしてみました。
