Homemade Cow’s Milk Trahana – 500g MEAT 5mm square collarTrahana is a type of sour soup commonly eaten in Cyprus and Greece. It is made from kibbled wheat and fermented goats or sheeps milk traditionally. To prepare the soup you simply boil some chicken broth and then you add the dehydrated pieces in to soften. Some people choose to add some milk also or grated tomatoes for a sweeter flavour. Finally add some halloumi cubes before serving the soup warm. This product is made in house using our familys recipe
