With a new update to Random Affixes, all items will roll from an expanded, RELEVANT POOL of random affixes: Random Affixes have been completely reworked Affixes are now categorized into Caster, Agility, and Strength-based affix pools The power scaling of affixes now properly aligns with item level and quality Affix power is more normalized by the power of item slot rather than a randomly assigned value (e.g., chest pieces have appropriate budget compared to bracers, this is done through a tiering system, you can expect chest to start rolling more stats at an earlier item level than bracers f.ex) All item types now have access to appropriate secondary stats and ratings
