N/V Rosé club first make sure your accountN V Ros The N V Ros is based on the hot 2021 vintage, with some fresh, zippy 2019 Riesling blended with the Cabernet Franc to add crisp acidity. This is a riper style Ros, the 2021 Cabernet Franc from Mariposa vineyard showing extra ripeness due to the hot year. About 30% of the wine is Riesling from our Mulberry Tree Vineyard to balance the ripeness and add the racy, mineral acidity the site is known for. Just off dry, very intense and bold in style.
