Neoregelia 'Rubicund' blue flower this species is stingy withA cultivar of ('Tar Heel' x 'Lambert's Pride'). A large growing, robust hybrid by our breeder Ray Coleman forms a 30 inch plus rosette of 3 inch wide, arching leaves bearing large marginal spines. The color is a rusty red over green with some dark red spotting a concentric banding evident.
