Liquid Aspirin Concentrate - 32oz. Birthing Supplies Piglets: Inject a single 2Liquid Aspirin Concentrate Qt. A concentrated oral solution for use in livestock and poultry drinking water. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: One ounce of Liquid Aspirin per gallon of water. Stir solution and meter with proportioner at the rate of 1: 128 Gallons. For 7 days continuous rate use four ounces to one gallon of water on day one and one ounce of solution to a gallon of water for the remaining six days.
