Owned by Roger and Christine Saumaize, the estate has been fully biodynamic since 2005. The vines are now naturally lower yielding and disease resistant, 40 45 years old on average and are planted in a patchwork of marl resting on limestone subsoil, resulting in wines with increased complexity. The wines are fermented in 20% new oak barrels
