The remarkably fine bubbles rise in a well sustained stream. This "cremont" is of a luminous golden rose colour. It hos a fruily and floral "nose" with shades of broom and quince and a slight "toasted" flavour with mellow ofter tones. A complex tasting experience; it engages the mouth cleanly and is both well balanced and vivacious. We ore seduced with the surprising and long lasting aromas of morello
