The shade measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter and the bottom base measures 6 inches in diameter

The hook is made of metal and the handle is sterling silver. It is hallmarked but the hallmarks are worn so it is difficult to see the exact date letter to date it. It measures 7 1 2 inches in length.
