1980s Norma Kamali Black & White Full Skirted Dress designer-emilio-pucci unworn and new with tagsThis little 1980s Norma Kamali is a fabulous example of her work during this time period and has that easy fullness of the eighties that seems so fresh yet again. The bodice is cut generously with a fullness that comes form the shoulders and curves into a loose cut bust that has a V neck to balance that fullness. Her signature shoulder pads add structure and the waist nips in and you can really cinch it with the attached ties. The skirt flares out
