1960s Ruffled Organza Sarmi Dress Unlabeled and Fabulous Together they look like aAnother romantic and feminine piece with that Valentino feel to it. It is all silk organza and chiffon ruffles edged with chocolate satin edgings. It is almost a baby doll shape with a higher waist line from which the skirt poufs out. The bodice is more fitted and has a nice V neck edged with ruffles. These same ruffles adorn each sleeve.
