Late 1920’s to early 1930’s drop waist sheer dress with ruffles down the skirt that have yellow trim, size small excellent condition 1960s white bag As you can see thisAbsolutely stunning sheer late 1920s to early 1930s drop waist dress with rows of ruffles all the way down the full skirt. The ruffles have yellow stitching on the edges which is a beautiful contrast with the sheer black. No tags which is not uncommon for a 20s dress. Made from a silky soft early rayon this dress is in excellent condition for its age. There are two teeny pinholes you can see in photos but they are very small and barely there.
