This form matures at only 6 inches tall, forming a tight tubular shape, slightly bulbous, with broad leaves. The species has all green leaves but this cultivar has brownish purple mottling and bars and a black spot on the apiculate leaf tips. The inflorescence is like that of the species, all yellow with a tulip shape. A very exciting and rare little jewel from Bahia, Brazil. *VIPP
