Three full tiers make up the skirt and are layered over each other with each getting wider as they near the hem

The arms are cut deep and low and the front neckline has a cowl detailing with a swatch of bright pink silk set just inside the cowl so you get a flash of pink and it also serves to keep you covered as the dotted portion plunges quite low
