Acidity is racy, driving, and volcanicedged, very true to Rangens steep, southfacing basalt slopes. Texture is sleek, dense, and slightly phenolic, giving grip and structure beneath the citrus purity. A thread of crushed volcanic stone, smoke, grapefruit pith, and herbal lift adds serious savoury depth. The midpalate is
