The breast eagle is also original but reapplied to this tunic

I have not had an example of these to offer for a very long period of time

An interesting early propaganda book in very good condition

German Early Imperial Army WWI Belt Buckle Inert Ordnance wearing his Order of MeritGerman Early Imperial Army WWI Belt Buckle This is a handsome offering. This early WWI army combat buckle is the 1895 pattern. It is made of steel. It retains the majority of its original olive green finish on both the obverse and the reverse. The details to the crown, and the motto "PROVIDENTIAE MEMOR" are very strong. The motto translates to Remember Providence". This is in near excellent condition overall.
