Our pinch neck wine jars originate from the Shandong province and were once likely used used to store water, vinegar, or fermented rice wine Each jar was handmade circa 100 years ago using regional clay. Left unglazed, the jars have the most incredible patina and each has it's own unique organic smoke patterns which would have been created during the firing process Today these old jars make beautiful decorative vessels
